Roasted Chicken Wings

  • 1 kg Chicken Wings
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Black Ground Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp All Purpose Seasoning
  • 1 Fresh Lemon squeezed
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Oregano
  • 3 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
  • ½ Cup Water


  • Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  • In a mixing bowl add in soy sauce, ground black pepper, paprika, all purpose seasoning, lemon, olive oil oregano, hoisin sauce and water. Then mix in all the marinade ingredients well.
  • Place the chicken in a mixing bowl and add in the marinade mix. Make sure that each chicken piece coated fully with marinade.
  • Place the marinated chicken in the oven for 15 minutes at 220°C. Then lower the heat to 180°C for 40 minutes until golden brown and cooked right through.
  • Serve with roasted potatoes and salad.
