  • Blender or Smoothie Maker


  • 1 Fresh Banana can use frozen too.
  • 4 Large Fresh Strawberries can use frozen too.
  • ½ Avocado small-medium size
  • ½ Cup Natural Yogurt
  • ½ Cup Whole Cows Milk alternative milk of your choice should be fine too.
  • ½ Cup Water add bit by bit depending on how thick you want your smoothie


  • Peel banana, wash strawberries and cut off the stem from the strawberries . Wash avocado, cut in half and peel off the outer layer.
  • Add the banana, strawberries , avocado, natural yogurt , milk, half of the water into the blender. Blend the mixture and until it's nice and smooth . If the smoothie is too thick for you add in the remaining water bit by bit until you are satisfied with the texture .
