Portobello Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 180 g Cream Cheese Full-fat
  • 75 g Grated Chedder Cheese
  • 1 Clove Crushed Garlic
  • 4 Tomatoes remove seeds and dice
  • 2 tbsp Chives
  • Paprika
  • 6 Large Portobello Mushrooms

Instructions
 

  • Turn on the oven and preheat to about 200°C.
  • Get a mixing bowl and add in 50g grated cheese, cream cheese , crushed garlic, chives and diced tomatoes.
  • Peel the outer layer of the mushrooms and cut off the stalks . Once you've finished that put the mushrooms to one side . Then finely chop up the peels and stalks from the mushrooms and add them to the mixing bowl.
  • Mix in all the ingredients in the bowl well. Then fill the inner part of the mushroom with the mixture and spread evenly . Top the mushrooms with the extra cheese leftover and a little sprinkle of paprika.
  • Leave to cook until golden .
  • Enjoy

Best served when it is hot !
