Portobello Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients
- 180 g Cream Cheese Full-fat
- 75 g Grated Chedder Cheese
- 1 Clove Crushed Garlic
- 4 Tomatoes remove seeds and dice
- 2 tbsp Chives
- Paprika
- 6 Large Portobello Mushrooms
Instructions
- Turn on the oven and preheat to about 200°C.
- Get a mixing bowl and add in 50g grated cheese, cream cheese , crushed garlic, chives and diced tomatoes.
- Peel the outer layer of the mushrooms and cut off the stalks . Once you've finished that put the mushrooms to one side . Then finely chop up the peels and stalks from the mushrooms and add them to the mixing bowl.
- Mix in all the ingredients in the bowl well. Then fill the inner part of the mushroom with the mixture and spread evenly . Top the mushrooms with the extra cheese leftover and a little sprinkle of paprika.
- Leave to cook until golden .
- Enjoy
