Marinade For Seared Tuna

Tuna steaks with baby leaf greens recipe are one of our favourite easy meals to make that requires little effort. This dish is perfect for a quick lunch or even a simple light dinner idea.
Marinade For Seared Tuna

Seared Tuna with Baby Leaf Greens
Ingredients
- 2 Tuna steaks
- 1 Lime squeezed
- 50 ml Soy sauce
- 10 ml Fish sauce
- 10 ml Rice wine
- 200 g Chinese Greens
- 2 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 3 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
- 2 tbsp Honey
Instructions
- Sliced tuna steak into thin pieces and place them into a large bowl.
- Begin to marinate the tuna by adding lime, soy sauce, fish sauce, rice wine, and ginger paste and leave the fish to marinate for up to an hour.
- Remove tuna from the marinade and pat dry and leave aside and add honey to the marinade and mix thoroughly.
- In a hot saucepan, add the rapeseed oil and Chinese greens and cook the greens down until wilted before adding the marinade mixture. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes to taste. Leave the greens aside to prepare the tuna.
- On a hot grill place the tuna slices and cook them to medium or well done.
- Serve greens with tuna and sprinkle a few sesame seeds.Enjoy!
