Scrambled eggs with our delicious vegetable twist is such a quick and easy breakfast idea to make your breakfast more flavorsome and tasty!

  • Heat up a pan on medium heat with 2 tbsp of butter, then add ½ an onion and 1 bell pepper.
  • Season with salt and pepper to suit your taste.
  • Dice 40 g of grated cheese (chedder, parmasan etc based on what you like)
  • Break 2 eggs, whisk and then add the eggs and the cheese to the hot pan with the onion and pepper mixture.
  • Cook to your specification. Then finally serve , adding a little more cheese on top, topped with avocado… Enjoy!


This goes very nicely with toast !
