Oats porridge is one of those simple breakfast ideas which is packed with lots of nutritional goodness that will get your day started in the right way. It gives you the boost of energy you need all day, which if like us you have a busy lifestyle is very much welcomed!

How To Make Oats Porridge With Fruits
Ingredients
- 75 g Porridge Oats
- Sprinkle Chia Seeds and Flaxseeds Alternatives- Pumpkin Seed, Sunflower Seeds
- 3 Large Strawberries
- 2 tbsp Blueberries
- 170 ml Water
- 70 ml Milk
- Honey
Instructions
- Get a small-medium sized sauce pan . Heat the pan over medium heat, then add oats , water and milk and mix. Leave to boil on low heat for about 1 minute and mix again.
- You will notice the water starting to evaporate and porridge is starting to get thicker. Add in more water or milk if the consistency is too thick for you or still too grainy for you.
- Serve porridge into a breakfast bowl. Topping it with stawberries, blueberries . Don't forget to finish it off with a drizzle of honey, a sprinkle of chia seeds and flaxseeds.

- The measurements are just are guide please feel free to customise to suit your needs.
- You can use any fruits you like to go with your porridge such as, bananas, raspberries etc.
- You can also make the porridge using a Microwave too.
