How To Make Chorizo Tagliatelle

Simple and easy to make, chorizo tagliatelle! This dish makes a great homemade lunchtime or dinner idea!
How To Make Chorizo Tagliatelle

Chorizo Tagliatelle Recipe
Ingredients
- 400g g Tagliatelle
- 1 Can Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 130 g Chorizo
- 40 g Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Small Diced White Onion
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Finely Chopped Basil
- 1 Cube Chicken Stock
- 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- Salt Add according to your taste
Instructions
- Heat up olive oil in a large saucepan at medium heat and then add the onions.
- Sauté the onions until they are golden brown before adding the chorizo and basil. Continue to cook the chorizo for another minute until it starts to get a little crispy.
- Add garlic to the saucepan and cook for 45 seconds before pouring in the tin of tomatoes, chicken stock and pepper.
- In a separate pan, bring water and salt to the boil before adding the tagliatelle . Cook for about 5½ minutes or until tagliatelle is cooked to your taste.
- Drain the tagliatelle and add the tagliatelle into the chorizo sauce. Gently mix to ensure the tagliatelle is fully coated with the sauce.
- When you are ready to eat, serve the tagliatelle with a little sprinkle of Parmesan on top..yum!
