Chicken Kebab Marinade In 3 Simple Steps

A mouth-watering chicken kebab marinade recipe! Delicious and simple to prepare, once you try it this recipe will leave you wanting more!
Please bare is mind the importance of food safety when it comes to cooking grilled chicken in order to avoid food poisoning. Chicken needs to be cooked right through and should be served whilst steaming.

Chicken Kebab Recipe
Equipment
- Wooden Skewers
Ingredients
- 1 Lemon
- ½ tsp Chili Paste
- 1 tbsp Onion Salt
- 1 tbsp Cajun Spice
- 1 tbsp Sweet Paprika
- 1 tbsp Italian Herb
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 2 Bell Peppers
- 1 Pack Halloumi Cheese
- ½ Shot Rum
- 1 tbsp Sunflower Oil
- 40 ml Water
- 8 Chicken thighs Cut Into Medium Sized Cubes
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl making sure that the marinade covers all the chicken cubes.
- Leave to marinate for at least 1 hour . Then using the wooden skewers thread in the peppers , halloumi and chicken cubes.
- You can either bbq on high heat for about 15 minutes or in the Oven-Grill at 190°C for 20 minutes. Please be sure to check the chicken is cooked right through. If you are cooking the kebabs on a bbq you can always finish off in the oven to make sure the chicken is cooked properly.
